Reiki is a Japanese technique for relaxation and stress reduction that also can promote healing. The word Reiki means spiritually guided life force energy. It helps a person’s natural ability to heal on the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual levels by allowing divine energy to pass to the client. Based on Japanese energy philosophy Reiki soothes the mind and body creating internal space for promoting wholeness that deep within can feel like a loving sense of self.

Reiki Treatment

The Reiki Healing Treatment allows a therapeutic healing process that flows with life force energy through your body and chakra energy centers. Reiki healing energy can with intention, identify and balance blockages from all 7 levels of your auric field. Common benefits include but are not limited to feeling peaceful, quieting of mind, relieving stress and anxiety, reducing or eliminating pain and improve sleep.  The client during the healing remains fully clothed with only the shoes removed for comfort. The therapist uses hands on technique through a gentle non-invasive therapeutic touch or if the client doesn’t wish to be touched the therapist holds their hands just off the body about  1cm to 3cm above the body.
